DESCRIPTION:

RELIANCE Model RSLB horizontal shrink systems are designed to apply PVC, PET, OPS shrink sleeve labels to small flat, square, oval, round containers or carton boxes, such as candy box, cosmetic box, lip sticks, flat containers, oval containers, chew gum box or containers that are not easily handled in a vertical position.

The RSLB -100 features an integrated tamper band or sleeve applicator with a shrink tunnel built on a single, stainless steel monobloc frame.

It includes a horizontal shrink sleeve label applicator with a static reduction system, an innovative after sleeve centering station, an integrated compact heat tunnel, a roller conveyor that rotates product inside the heat tunnel, and a discharge ramp for gentle discharge of products from the system.

WORKING PRINCIPLE:

The container/ vials/ box/ jar/ cartons will be feeding from conveyor → film feeding from the roll label → shrink label cut in to piece and apply on the products → the push belt will press the film apply full on the products to the end → heating gun will heat and pre-fix the film on the correct position of the products → move to the electrict heating tunnel → the temperate self control for each heating tunnel → two stages of the heating tunnel total length 4 to 5 meter → heat seal → finish

Printed shrink labels are a great way to add high-impact color messages to your container. In many cases, the only way to economically label custom containers with aggressive contours is with a sleeve labeling system. Labels come in a variety of types such as PET, PLA, PVC, and OPS. Sleeve labels can also be used as tamper-evident seals complete with perforations for easy removal. They can also be used to form multi-pack bundles.
